How To Restore the factory-set defaults on HP M402 M403 M426 M427 Laser Printers

Restore the factory-set defaults on the HP M402 M403 using the printers LCD control panel.

1. On the product control panel, press the OK button to open the menus. 2. Open the following menus: Highlight service then press ok Select restore defaults press ok

The printer automatically restarts.


Restore the factory-set defaults on the HP M426 M427 using the printer's touchscreen control panel.

Restore the factory-set defaults 1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Setup button. 2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu. 3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.

The printer automatically restarts.
