THOUGHTS ON COVID-19 AND WHAT WE’RE DOING
This may be the 1000th letter you’re receiving regarding the coronavirus, but we at Metrofuser wanted to briefly tell you what we’re doing, how we’re responding and encourage everyone to stay safe and healthy and as calm and hopeful as possible as we deal with a future that seems unpredictable and uncertain.
WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
Our business and our customers’ business is often in support of hospitals and the very facilities and operations that will remain open and vital throughout the crisis that we are enduring right now. We are also committed to keeping our employees working and supporting themselves and their families as long as we possibly can. We certainly realize that we are only playing a very minor role and what we do pales in comparison to our health care workers, but whatever we can do to continue to support those services, our customers and our employees, we will continue to do so as long we can.
WE DON’T KNOW WHAT TOMORROW WILL BRING
Metrofuser will continue
to update our customers and friends if and when anything changes. For now, we do encourage customers to consider stocking up on fusers and kits. We cannot predict if the supply chain will have significant disruptions in the coming days/weeks/months. We are doing what we can to make sure we will always be able to supply our customers with our most popular products. Because the future is not guaranteed, though, we do encourage our customers to consider doing the same.
We will remain open as long as the government allows us to go to work. Employees are strongly encouraged to remain home if they feel at all sick. Most work done at Metrofuser is individual and non-collaborative and we’ll continue to encourage employees to keep safe distances from each other while in the workplace. We will continue to monitor the advice and guidance of the CDC and WHO and react accordingly. The safety and health of our employees remains as important as anything.

Your support is why we’ve been able to stay in business for 17 years and we plan to get through this difficult time and come out stronger on the other side. We are here for you and we realize that, in times like this, we all need each other. We will be here when and if you need us.
