Solving The HP LaserJet M351-M451-M375-M475-M476 Paper Jam After Replacing-Installing Fuser

Question: How come we are still getting a paper jams even after we replaced the M351, M451, M375, M475 and M476 printer fuser.
Before installing this fuser, closely compare it to the fuser you are replacing.
Duplex models of the LaserJet M351, M451, M375, M475 and M476 fuser have a duplex drive gear that must be removed from the old fuser and installed onto the new/replacement fuser. Failure to do this will result in paper jams.
