Metrofuser Release's Industry-First Resettable Fusers for LaserJet Enterprise And Managed Devices

Elizabeth, NJ - Laser printer parts manufacturer Metrofuser (www.metrofuser.com) has introduced page reset count technology into their HP LaserJet fusers and maintenance kits RM2-1928, P1B91A.

Metrofuser engineering team developed a proprietary solution similar to the original equipment manufacturer enabling remanufactured fusers to properly reset the page count to zero upon installation.

These model fusers / kits are designed to have a life cycle of 150,000 pages, at which time a message appears on the control panel telling the user to perform maintenance replacement.

Prior to this announcement, technology distributors only offered fusers kits that would either not reset the page count or force them to purchases expensive OEM fuser maintenance kits. This solution will benefit the following printer models;
