Metrofuser is excited about its launch of the HP a remanufactured M652 transfer belt. This launch represents Metrofuser's commitment to technological innovation in creating a true alternative to the OEM.
The company's groundbreaking ZeroSet technology is a testament to it's commitment aimed in terms of technology, wherever we can emulate the OEM so that the end-user has a seamless and experience.
One big area of differentiation and challenge on this we believe is the way this transfer belt introduced a completely brand-new page count reset technology.
We were wondering what it was. We started looking at it what actually happens with this unique page count reset technology once it's installed in the printer. What we discovered was it becomes part of the mechanical system after startup.
We realized at the R&D table that this transfer belt didn't have the traditional reset technology as it introduced an internal optical sensor trigger the first of its kind for HP.
The challenge that the industry faces with this type of sensor and where the trigger winds up after installation. How do you post-test the transfer belt?
We don't know how the competition is gonna get around it. Our solution is obviously a big differentiator and value add.
We're very proud and confident that we're gonna come to a market with a high-quality true OEM alternative product that's highly differentiated.
What we're really excited about is that we've been able to overcome the challenges that are presented not just one transfer belt but for an entire technology platform that we can then apply to a multitude of other monochrome and color printers
Since we've created and mastered this platform we'll be able to apply that to printer after printer because this is the technology that's going to be something that Canon / HP is going to be leading with for the foreseeable future.
Metrofuser has an invested interest in driving technology forward. We believe those who master it at the outset are going to dominate this marketplace and we have every intention of being leaders in this space.
Prior to this announcement, technology distributors only offered a transfer belt that would either not reset the page count or force them to purchases an expensive OEM transfer belt. This solution will benefit the following printer models;
