Removal and Installation Instructions For The HP M402 M403 M426 M427 Fuser and Maintenance Kit RM2-5399-Kit Video

This article and video is reviewing the removal and installation process for the HP M402 M403 M426 M427 Fuser and Maintenance Kit RM2-5399 Kit.


Start by making sure the printer is off for at least 15 minutes and unplugged. Approach the printer from the rear and open the rear door.

Although HP never created a maintenance kit we have assembled the high wear parts that should be replace below.


Kit Contents:

  • RM2-5399 Fusing Assembly

  • RL2-0656 MP Roller

  • RL2-0657 Separation Pad

  • RM1-4023 Transfer Roller Assembly

  • RM2-5397 Separation Roller Assembly

  • RM2-5452 Pickup Roller Assembly

Repair Notes

There is no Page count Reset for these models.

Fuser Kit has a 80,000 page yield
