This certification focuses on the communication issues and errors associated with Hewlett Packard LaserJet series printer models. The class will cover a wide range of relevant material for field technicians including driver and firmware installation procedures, NVRAM resets, flash and memory installation, common error code resolutions and TCP/IP network configurations. Students will learn the theory of the systems interface and then work hands-on to configure and install printers and troubleshoot common issues.
