implemented Command
Center
Technology in its production
department.
Command Center
is a
culmination of
4 years of
development
by teams within Metrofuser’s production and logistics departments. The
technology is integrated into Metrofuser’s ERP software
which feeds
real-time production and logistics information to a
42" LCD Display located on the production floor
providing Metrofuser's
team leaders and the
production manager with unprecedented visibility into operational
statistics. The data feed will enable
managers to quickly act on any issue which, in turn, will even further
improve Metrofuser's efficiency and quality.
