the schedule for its ServicePLUS training
for the repair of HP laser printer will
run from June
22nd through 26th,
2009. These courses will count toward the
ServicePLUS factory
certification and will be held in Metrofuser's
east coast training center in Roselle, New Jersey just minutes
from New York City. You
can send your technicians to any or all of the classes
available. The schedule is as follows:

About The Instructor/Author
David Burchell holds SMP, ISP, CIS Master Technician
certifications. He has been in the printer service industry for
9 Years working as the service manager and director of service
for a INC. Magazine Top 500 Companies recipient. Under his
tenure his service department grew 200%+ monthly and he managed
contracts nationwide. David served in the US Army in Desert
Storm as a tank driver and holds OEM certifications with Hewlett
Packard, XEROX, Lexmark, Brother, Tektronix and Copystar.
