On May 9th,
Metrofuser completed 220 days of technology improvements marking the
establishment of a new industry benchmark for customer service and
satisfaction for the printer parts supplier. This period of massive
infrastructure reinvestment has already improved operational efficiency,
and strengthened profitable relationships with customers, partners, and
suppliers.
Metrofuser first deployed a hybrid call center system capable of
handling hundreds of users with advanced data analysis and call
management.
Next, Metrofuser implemented and integrated application solutions
specifically geared towards streamlining business operations, customer
relationship management, and financial and distribution management.
Metrofuser launched these solutions in record breaking time with the
help of its dedicated partners and staff.
Moving forward, Metrofuser will employ critical business metrics
software that measures and tracks history for the entire sales cycle,
from initial customer contact to post sales support to help align
corporate strategy with day-to-day execution.
Finally, the company has fitted all of these software solutions with a
complete hardware architecture facelift. All applications now operate
within the latest Windows XP 2003 Server environments.
