notification system automatically generates an order confirmation e-mail
followed by shipping-tracking notifications. Order tracking e-mails that
contain order tracking numbers are synchronized with shipping carriers,
providing the customer with easy one-click tracking status updates.
Real Time Core
Notifications Reduce Unnecessary Charges
INST@LERT automatically generates reminder notices that inform customers
of outstanding cores and due dates. Subsequent alerts by way of e-mail
will notify the customer of pending cores charges. Finally, Weekly Core
Statements offer customers a big-picture view of returned parts and the
status of outstanding cores.
