The end-cap design chosen is the ultimate in protection of sensitive electronic
interfaces and sensor flags. The custom molded caps secure the fuser in a pincer
fashion at its strongest access points with the least amount of material
contact.
Engineered for Maintenance
Kits
Taking it a step further,
Metrofuser has designed the end-caps to accommodate the maintenance kit
transfer roller. Kits can now ship in a single box lowering shipping costs and
reducing the parts warehousing footprint.
Retention-Packaging
Metrofuser was one
of the first manufacturers to utilize retention packaging in this industry. This
dynamic
packaging uses a strong, highly-resilient, low-slip film to surround the
product, protecting them from shock and vibration. The transparent film enables the package to serve as both
a protective shipper and an effective display merchandiser.
